Cancellations
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you change your mind.
After Shipping: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our Return process instead.
Returns (If Applicable)
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the bag must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Items on "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged bag or the wrong design, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos & Video of the product and the Complete packaging. We will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 1-2 working days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping.
For other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
